Please suggest me a good flash book from which i can easily have an idea about game commands and submitting scores.
I can recommend this book for you:
"Foundation ActionScript Animation - Making Things Move" by Keith Peters
There you have all you need to learn to start programming games in flash, it's a fantastic book, it covers all about trigonometry (fundamental), collisions, bouncing, particles systems, forces, inverse and forward kinematics, 3d simulation, etc....
