opening link in frame in another page

HELP needed :-)

i have a page index.htm (which consists of two frames: left and right) . index.htm opens a popup(popup.htm) with a flash-ad. in the ad you can click , but the target has to be index.htm and in the frame right. how do i do this? please help urgently
