PHP/Flash - Choose a Language

Basically, I have two pages

1 - An introduction page, where the user gets to select the website to be in English or in French.

2 - This page (made in Flash) has a navigation menu, and depending on the user, it will display the menu in either french or english.

I want to use php to get this to work.

Can anyone help me out? I dont really know PHP really welll, but I heard its the most efficient way to do it for this situation.

I am not sure that PHP is the best solution for this job; what part of this are you hoping to accomplish with PHP?

PHP could be used to generate XML for your Flash to read, containing the information in the desired language, but this will require a lot more than cursory knowledge of PHP and database experience.
