problem upload and download swf and exe from domain server

If i upload a swf or exe file in a domain and the exe or swf includes "sharedobject " and "loadMovie" there is a strange situation.
when downloaded to computer the proprrties "sharedobject" and "loadmovie" are lost and the exe is not working properly.
why?

im not sure, ive never used sharedobject
