Rollover to Expand

You know you’ve seen the advertisements (If not, there is currently an "Every Extend Extra" add at 1up.com )

How the heck do you do that?

Anyone know were I can go to get it explained in detail?

Or does anyone know where I can download an example of it, so I can figure out how it works.
