You'll have to do more than just that to make a living from that sort of career. Try to get into Uni and take a couple of courses there.

Like kestrel said, use ActionScript 2.0 -- the Macromedia Flash MX or Flash 8 IDE is a good place to start (then embed the flash files into your website); look on the 'net for tutorials.

Just use HTML for the website. No need for anything particularly complex as it sounds like it's just a personal site - and it'll take you a long time to learn another language.

You can learn HTML from tutorials too if you don't know that either.
