Desktop organization

Hi there,

I often have problems finding things on the desktop. So I do the Sort By -> Name which organizes them by name. But the next time I login it seems to go back to a random order, and I can't figure out why or how to keep it from doing this. Has anyone else had this problem?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.

Thanks
