How to get data back from excel sheet?

I was sorted all my data in MS Excel. I saved .xlsx file and went for a walk. It was yesterday evening. After my boss called, me and I had to add some data in file. During I was saving it, MS Excel was closed. After opening it, I didn't find most of my changes for a day. I am using MS Excel 2016 on Win 10 x64.

Unfortunately, your data may be lost. When you re-opened the spreadsheet, did you receive a notification that Excel had recovered a file you were working on? MS Office applications have been improving on this aspect, but it is not always perfect.

Sounds like you did everything you needed to protect your work. My apologies for any additional work.

You may try to apply last chance to save your data. In Google there are many solutions, guides, articles that is about your issue. But one thing I found couple days ago, it might help you. It's called Excel Online Service - https://onlinefilerepair.com/en/exce...ir-online.html - it was created, only for cases, when you have only one invalid file, and you need to get data back in couple of minutes.
