Merge multiple workbooks into one

1
I'm using Microsoft Office Excel 2010.

I have a folder containing 52 workbooks and in each workbook there are three worksheets. Not all of the worksheets have the same heading.

I want to combine all 52 workbooks into one. I keep all the files into this folder directory:

C:\Users\AS-4738G\Desktop\COMBINED DHL\BSB

I want to use VBA but I don't know the coding for it or how to use it.

Do i need to open all 52 workbook when using VBA?
Do i need to open one empty workbook to store all the combined workbooks?

Can someone show me the VBA code I should use?

it would be very helpful if i can get a feedback within 24 hour.

Thank you.
