MS Outlook 2010 Recieving only Partial Incoming Mail with no Error Code

MusoFreak200
Okay so it has been a while since I've been around but I am stumped on this issue.

So I have suddenly only been receiving incoming emails from the following: Telstra / Bigpond, my grandmother (using a @bigpond.com address), A friend (using a @internode.on.net address)

However, the following have not been received: my @outlook.com, my @hotmail.com, my @yahoo.com, my @gmail.com, and my grandfather (who lives in the same house also with a @bigpond.com address like my grandmother)

I have tried sending emails to all the listed addresses and succeeded without issue.

AVG pops up on the bottom right, scans incoming emails, and only the listed working incoming emails show up. So I tried disabling the AVG Email Scanner and the AVG Anti-Spam components. No change in MS Outlook 2010's operation.

I've checked the size of the .pst and it is only 59 MB and the max is 50 GB limit.

I begun with the only following error code ( 0x80048002 ) and shortly later haven't seen a single error code since. I'm left feeling as if a System Restore is my only hope. (I might add I no longer have install discs or license keys in my possession)

I'm left to do a system restore however I will have so many different things to update, etc. So I thought I should see if anyone has any ideas or thoughts.

Have you tried to scan your pst for corruptions? The only other reason would be if there is a black list set on your incoming mail. one way of testing this is to setup your pop account on another email client like ms mail or thunderbird
