Excel VBA display the most frequent value in a range that changes based on blank row

82 64KB
Hi, Excel VBA question. I have a spreadsheet that shows employee types per company. Each company has a blank row after the last employee. I need to write some code that will look at column H (the employee type column) and insert the most shown employee type for that company. Does anyone have any idea on how I can do this? Thanks in advance.

In this case, inserting a graphic of the Spreadsheet, or attaching it with some sample data would be most helpful.
