How to get print on 100g thick card

Hi ......
I am having a little bit of problem with getting print on a 4 x 5 inches card. I really dont have any idea how to get print on that one. I tried corel draw to get print over it but there is alignment problem. I first get the text on A4 paper size then I paste the card over the text using scotch tape on that paper. But it always get few inches up or down. I am using HP Laserjet 2025 printer. Please help to get rid of the problem
