How to sync files from a web-based database to an ftp site?

I have a database through Work Zone that is web accessed, and I would like to be able to sync the database to a company ftp site to use as a backup for the Work Zone database. Is there any way to do that? I have looked at software such as PureSync and Filezilla, but I have not had much luck, since they require my on desktop C: to be the source or destination, which it isn't. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

What is 'work zone?' Are they a hosting company?

You could do this in a very roundabout fashion by downloading them to your desktop and then uploading them to the corporate network.

Contact your work's IT department. They usually frown on open portals into/out of the business, however they would be able to help you do this in a secure fashion.
