Help with OCR Software

1
I've started using OmniPage 16 to convert a paper filing system to electronic. Although, I have a few issues.

I have an invoice + 1-2 orderform pages that need to be placed in 1 PDF. Although I have about 5000 of these PDFs that need to be made, all with different file names. My problem is I'm looking to pull the invoice # from the invoice and possibly one other field from the invoice, and have the software automatically save the PDF as a filename from the info it pulls from the invoice. (i.e. 43125.pdf)

If anyone knows of a solution or different software I should be using, please let me know. Also, a paypal donation will be made to whomever can solve this problem first.

Thanks

I've been looking for the same thing for about four years without much success. I ended up purchasing a Kofax product but was never able to get it to work 100% of the time. So I went low tech and now I just scan the paper in using the windows scan software already on my computer. Gets scanned as a tiff and then when I need to do a look-up, I use Superfinder to search for the invoice number (in my case). Wish I figured that out before I spent $3K on Kofax.

I have seen Vault in action before and it can do selection based OCR and allocate different file tags off this information.
The demonstration I saw had it set up to sort invoices by customer name. It could probably do what you are asking for.
