Stored procedure is taking long time in execution while query is runing fast

Hi,

I am facing issue with my stored procedure it is taking very long time to execute. As i am using local variable inside the procedure. Still i am getting the issue. As, I have copied query to my query editor it is runing in milliseconds. Can you help me with issue.
