Adding a Row Number to Duplicate Accounts

2
I need to add a Row Number in a created column to count Dups.

For example

Name CREATEDROW
JOHN 1
STEVE 1
STEVE 2
STEVE 3
RICK 1
SAM 1

1 1805
PWILLS

Ultimately the Code would be something like:

Name = Name 1 +1 or something.

Make Sense?
