Default Allowed Access for RUNSTATS DB2 10.5 on AIX ?

We are using UDB 10.5 on AIX.
With RUNSTATS you can specify ALLOW READ or WRITE ACCESS. But this is optional. What if you don't specify any of this? What's the default? I can't find that information in the manual. Does anybody know?
