need help in roolback options

I wrongly updated the table using update command in DB visulizer. now i want to roolback the change i made. is there any way i can take back the old data to that table?

i didnt give commit command afer i ran update query, but not sure wheter auto commit was enable or not?

i tried roolback command but no use. please help me is there any way except replacing the backup of that perticular table in the schema?
