Not a valid Command Line processor command

Hi,
I am getting the following error message sometimes when executed in new database where as in old database it works fine.

DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned: SQL0727N An error occurred during implicit system action type "3".
Information returned for the error includes SQLCODE "-440", SQLSTATE "42884" and message tokens "XXX|FUNCTION". LINE NUMBER=87. SQLSTATE=56098

What is the command that caused this error?
please use verbose option to show the command
