How to insert only PNG & jpeg image in DB2

I am vary new to DB2

I am working on a student registration project In which I am restricted to use only java EE & DB2 & web sphere
I want to insert jpeg & png image of students in project
I have done it on oracle but I dont know how to do it with db2 plzzz help me
