What to check to improve database performance in db2?

Hi All,

I am new to DB2 database. My question is simple. What are things we need to check database performance. I am using DB2 UDB 8.2. On AIX Box 3.2.

Thanks.

check the error logs for wait times to process. check for bottle necks, run system report that captures it. here is a link : http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infoce...RLS9MST120.htm
