Can i extract particular tables from the db2 backup?

I dont want to move db2 or restore database, i just want to extract some tables from the backup. IS this possible
? if yes, please let me know how?

Strange requirement and looks more like a hypothetical one. Probably you would like to store your database in excel or access database and extract it from flat files.

From DB2 database backup, unless you do the restore we can't extract a table. DB2 database supports defined set of standards which follow stringent security policies and it's undesirable to support such operations.

Plain sentence " No it's not possible ".
