DB2 HADR creation get failed

1
Hello.

I want to create an HADR Database.
We have 2 systems therefore with DB2 9.7 Workgroup Edition x64.
I have installed the DB2 under SLES11.

We have create 1 Database and created our HADR.
After change to standby system and then switch back to the primary system
the "Connection Status" was Disconnected.

So for testing we dropped the Database and recreated it.
If we now want to create the HADR it get failed.
Message on the primary system:

On the standby systems no message occours.

Have anyone an idea?
If we create another Database, it will work fine.

Thank you.

Kind Regards.
