NOT ENFORCED RI - what optimization opportunities are missed?

Hi,

(ignoring data integrity benefits)

we would like to understand the extent of the optimization benefits
missed for selects when using
DISABLE QUERY OPTIMIZATION on NOT ENFORCED FK constraints?
