DB2 Career

Hi,
I've just started my career as a DB2 DBA, previously I was an Oracle dba..
Can any one suggest me how to start from the scratch, as this is a new technology to me...
Moreover I would like to know what are the major difference between Oracle and DB2..

Thanks in Advance... Answers will be appreciated...

Just start by reading the DB2 tutorials and manuals from IBM (practicing some examples of course). The differences will become clear as you read and compare similar operations with how you used to do them in Oracle.
