encoding schema in pcap file

Hello

I sniffed drda traffic with wireshark and saved it into a file.
I wonder whether it is possible to know what encoding schema is used in a traffic.
I mean whether there are some flags or something else in headers that specify the encoding schema used (ASCII, EBCDIC etc).

Thanks in advance.
