Copying a DB2 database from one server to another

I am trying to copy a database from one server to another.
The folder structure of the another server is different than that of the first one.

so if I take the back up of the database and try to restore it on the another server but it doesen't work as the drives of that new server doesen't match with the previous server from which i have to copy the database.

I have tried to copy the whole folder of the database in to the another server but, that also doesen't work. It gives the tablespaces as OFFLINE.
I tried to make them online but it gives the error that it cannot access the containers of that tablespace.

please help me with this sutuation as i have to make the new server as stand by for the original one.

1. If you want to make this new database as the standby for another server, then I am not sure if you can do this. The requirement for standby server is: it should have same configuration as well as the directory structure as primary.

2. You can try "db2move" utility.
