enable_MQFunctions in DB2 V9.1 x64

Hi,

I'm working on a project that requires integration between DB2 V9.1 x64 and WebSphere MQ in Windows Server 2003 R2EE x64. From my understanding I could enable DB2 WebSphere MQ functions by running the command: "enable_MQFunctions -n dbname -u userid -p password"; this command is working fine in DB2 V9.1 32-bit, but it fails in DB2 V9.1 64-bit.
I tried to find out what is wrong with the .exe file and surprisingly i found that the enable_MQFunctions.exe size is only 148 bytes while the actual size in 32-bit is about 13kb, so i open it with notepad and found that this file contains only the following lines:

"This is a *dummy* file.
This file is a temprory file to be like a place holder for files in the sqllib/* dirs so that the install scripts work!"
Which I'm sure it's not a workable executable command. Add to my surprise is, that is not the only dummy file in DB2 V9.1 x64, other related files like: db2amt.dll, db2mqCheck.exe, db2mqsw.dll, db2qgmq.dll, disable_MQFunctions.exe and db2mq.dll are like that as well.

I checked from IBM website, it says that DB2 WebSphere MQ Functions are supported in 64-bit environment, can any one help me on this, thousand thanks.

Anyone know if MQ Functions (made available by "enable_MQFunctions" System Command) are included in DB2 Workgroup Edition, or is Enterprise Edition required? This would be for DB2 LUW 8.2 or 9.1.
