mon_heap_sz

hello,
why mon_heap_sz is reporting a memory error though i haven't started
any event monitor ?
i have increased that value but without success
bug with 9.1 fixpack 5 ?

There are other monitors that will use monitor heap such as Health
Monitor and Snapshot Monitor. Check your DBM CFG for all the monitors
you have on.
