Extract LOG file from Backup Image created by NCLUDE LOGS

Hi,
Is there any way by which I can extract the log file form a backup
image.
This backup image was stored with INCLUDE LOGS options
The reason I am hitting this issue is :

Yes. Do a restore using the LOGS option. Using the LOGS option will only
restore the embedded log files (and not the database).

See the RESTORE command in the Command Reference manual for more detail.
