DB2/DATSTAGE issues

Hi,

Iam a very new joinee to this form.Iam looking for some help here in DB2UDB version 9 database and IBM datastage


I see a lot of messages in diaglog relating to rebuild of index on a table

I do not know why this happens.But when i try to run a job from datastage which would load data into the above table i get the following error

eason code "7" on table "ODS.BENEFIT_PACKAGE"

so i try to reorg the table and even after that i get the same error.

Can someone help me with this?
