SQLSTATE=42724 on z/OS stored procedure call

A connection is made to a z/OS system and the following command is
issued.
db2 =call TESTDB.TESTPROC('STRING,99,?,?)
SQL0444N Routine "TESTPROC" (specific name "") is implemented with
code in library or path "", function "" which cannot be accessed.
Reason code: "". SQLSTATE=42724

Why are the paths empty?

Thank you in advance,
Serenity

Please always provide platform and version information.
My guess is your DB2 Connect version is suffering from the bug
described in the following support note (or a similar one for your
platform):
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview...id=swg1IY73361
If this is the case, a FixPak upgrade should resolve the issue.
I wuold suggest to open a PMR for this, so the support organisation
can verify whether this is applicable for your situation at hand.

HTH.
