which Unix UDB Version 8 fixpack level equals 9 , 9.1 & 9.5

Dear all ,
Appreciate very much if someone let us know which
fixpack for Unix version 8 of UDB EEE will make it to version 9
and for 9.1 & 9.5 .

Does fixpack 14 of version 8 equal's version 9 ?

No. DB2 V8 has been in patch mode only since FP7 (8.2 FP2).
Also not that since DB2 9 point releases have separate code streams.
That is DB2 9.1 does not and will never contain th function added in DB2
9.5.
Similarly the next version of DB2 which ever it's name will be a new
code stream not impeding on DB2 9.5.
The reason for this is code stability.
