.NET assembly dll for connecting to DB2

Hi,
I'm relatively new to DB2 and I am trying to connect to a DB2 database. As development program I am uising Outsystems express edition. This software allows .Net integration for free, just by importing the .NET assembly .dll.
So, what I intended was to use a DB2 Connect file for this.
Does anyone know if theres any .dll file in this connector that actually is in .NET assembly and has methos for connecting and for commands?
If there isn't any, does anyone know of a connector (ODBC or other) that allows me to do what I intend?
Thank's in advance,
Best Regards,
Francisco Neto
