How to identify installed DB2 version?

1
Hi all,
I have an issue which I could use some help with: On a UNIX system, I have multiple copies(and different versions) of DB2 installed. Is there a way to figure out the version of each installation if I know the installation folder?

I know db2level could do this, but it needs to have an instance created. I'm looking for a way to find the db2 version, per installation folder, without there being an instance created.

Thanks in advance!
