Specifying the Isolation Level as UR for all Select Queries Only

Hi,

We have a situation in which we want to specify the isolation level
='UR' for all the select queries if no other isolation level is
explicitly specified in the query.

Is there some database configuration/setting that could be done so as
to achieve the same?

Thanks
