You can execute server-side IMPORT/EXPORT using the admin_cmd()
procedure which is an SQL Interface
However, IMPORT and LOAD are only supported with ADMIN_CMD under DB2 9 or
later - on 8.2 (which I think you might be using), only DESCRIBE, EXPORT,
PRUNE HISTORY/LOGFILE, REORG INDEXES/TABLE, RUNSTATS, and UPDATE DATABASE
CONFIGURATION are supported via ADMIN_CMD. If that's the case you're only
option is to launch a shell to get the CLP to run the IMPORT/LOAD command.
On Windows don't forget to use db2cmd to run the CLP, e.g.:
db2cmd -i -w -c db2 -t -v -f myscript.sql
