Creating database from a catalogeed node

Hi,

I have installed DB2 9 Express C on Win XP on two systems (By right
clicking on setup.exe and running setup as administrator on both the
systems). The installation process went smooth without any problems.

Catalogging the node of one system on other system was also done
successfully. When I attach to the cataloged node on this system and
try to create the database, it gives error as "db2bp.exe has
encountered problems and need to close. We are sorry for
inconvenience" It is found that the database is created however when
we try to connect to the database, it says, "Database is is currently
in use" and DB2 does not allow to connect to the database from any of
the systems.

Pl. help if anybody has the solution.

Thanks.

Gajanan Deogirikar.
