value added activities done by DB2 DBA

Hi guys..
apart from the day-to-day monitoring, administring and perf tuning
activities, what are all the value added things than can be done by a
DB2 DBA?

The primary value added ability of DB2 DBA is the ability to down six
pints and still type 'db2exfmt -d mt80db -e varsin -gI -o expln.txt'.

Interpreting the output is another matter.

Seriously, that's such a broad question it approaches meaninglessness.
What do you mean by 'value-added'?
