Is it possible to connect to DB29.1 with a .vbs script?

P: 2
I've installed the IBM DB2 OBDC Driver on a windows server. I'd like to automate some actions I have locally within a script to record entries into a db2 table. I have .vbs scripts on the server. Is it possible to connect, write, and read to a DB2 database from this server?

If so, can someone provide me with some help on how to do this? Thanks

Ok, this code doesn't error out on me. :)

Set conn=CreateObject("ADODB.connection")
conn.open "DRIVER=IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER; DBALIAS=ALIASNAME; UID=UIDNAME; PWD=PIDNAME"

Any help on reading a value from a column in a table?
