What is the min container size for DMS?

We are getting this error message in the AIX-BCU environment with DB2 V9.
SQL1422N The size of the container is invalid. SQLSTATE=54039...

What we specified is this:

the page size = 16384 MANAGED BY DATABASE
extent size = EXTENTSIZE 16

and we are using

USING (FILE '/edw/.......' 32) ON
according to the manual, "The container size should be 2*extensize

Here is the problem: based on the table size, we need no more 10 pages per container (we have 62 conatiner in total) for this table. If I go up to 100 pages/conatiner DB2 is happy. So what is the min pages required and how is it decided?
