DB2 User Monitor. Is it possible?

P: 2
I am designing an database application on DB2 and one of the requirement is to monitor user account activities and perform actions if certain event occur (such as password change) . Since DB2 uses user accounts in the OS, the situation has become more complicated. Do you have any suggestion?

An alternative is to check whether the password of an user has been changed since last logon. Is it possible?
