i can see database in directory, but couldn't connect to it SQL1031N

i am using db2 client on an AIX machine to connect to the remote
database, we use LDAP to store the node and database

on client machine, when i run:
db2 list database directory or
db2 list node directory

i can see the database which i want to connect to (for example:
testdb)

But when i was using:
db2=>connect to test db user test using test got error as
below:
SQL1031N The database directory cannot be found on the indicated file
system.
SQLSTATE=58031

the database is db2 9.5 beta and the client is db2 9.5 beta as well.
please help me, thanks
