How to revoke the grant option from a user/group

Hi All,
We have some databases (vendor provided) where insert/update/delete
granted to user/group with grant option.

1. How do I revoke the grant option already granted?
2. How I do prevent the grant option from being granted in the future?

Thank you much in advance.
