Index - DB2 tables

Hi,

Following is the index (col1,col2,col3) created on the table TABLE1.In the query
col1 and col2 are used in joins and col3 is used in where clause. Whether the index will be taken or not ?

Yes. it is taken, cause the in the join clause you use the col1, col2.
