Fixpak installation in db2 udb

sat
Hi all,

I would like to know on how can i get the information for the
the list FP upgrades on a db2 udb server from the moment it was
deployed till now... And one more thing is, is there anyway i can know
what are the other installations taken place on the server (other than
FP) from db2 side the moment the server was deployed till this
moment...

Any kind of help would be great...
Thanks in Advance,
Sat.
