Efficiency of DB2 LOAD RESUME vs REPLACE

HI,

I have a general question, Which is more effective in CPU usage

DB2 LOAD REPLAC E

or

LOAD RESUME

This is the SYSIN card in one of the jobs that does a DB2 table load

LOAD DATA REPLACE LOG NO INDDN SYSREC REUSE
SORTKEYS 3500000 STATISTICS TABLE(ALL) INDEX(ALL) UPDATE ALL
SORTDEVT SYSDA INTO TABLE TSHPCLM1.TBHPCLM1

I need expert opinion on this, thanks in advance!!!

Thanks!
