Reorg organises your table data according to the indexes present on it. I would advise you to reorg only those tables which are huge and are accessed more frequently e.g for stuff like generating reports. If its just 100 per day like in the case below, do fire a Reorg twice in a month.

when u will suggest to reorg the database? Lets suppose you are deleting or inserting nearly 100 of records in a day, will you be suggested to reorg at weekly basis. Give the reason?
