IBM][CLI Driver] SQL1032N No start database manager command was

Hi members,

Please let me know how to solve the problem while initializing the DB2.

the message is - IBM][CLI Driver] SQL1032N No start database manager command was
issued. SQLSTATE=57019.

I have encounterd this problem sevral times, the way i solve it is: db2start ,again and again,until it get up.

Do you have the db2Admin user account setup properly?
