Need to display the header as the top row in the recordset

please let me know how do we disply the header as the top value in the record set, since when I export the data to a file , only the data is displayed and need to know what each data headers are. Tried various methods , help would be really appreciated. Please see below the example as to how the data should be displayed. thanks

Use a UNION ALL where you select constants (the header) from SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1 in front of the actual table SELECT.
